Capa – A new brand, a new digital experience

When Capasearch and Capacify became Capa, we created a website that reflects their unique approach to recruitment and interim services. Built in Webflow, optimized for SEO and conversion – a digital platform that strengthens the brand and simplifies the path to the right talent.

Background

Recruitment and interim services are about more than just filling a role – they are about finding the right person who creates real value. A bad hire or a consultant who isn’t a good fit can lead to high costs, both in time and results. Capa challenges the industry by combining a data-driven process with a deep understanding of business strategy and culture.

At the turn of 2025, Capa was born – the result of the merger between Capasearch and Capacify. Two companies with strong positions in executive search, recruitment, and interim services, now united under one brand with a clearer direction. The goal? To create a comprehensive solution where recruitment, interim services, and leadership development work together to help companies build strong teams and drive long-term success.

We’ve had the privilege of working with Capasearch and Capacify for several years, and when it was time to shape Capa’s digital identity, we were tasked with creating a website that reflects their new brand. A digital platform that not only looks good – but also conveys their sharp process, premium services, and unique market position.

The Challenge

Capa wanted the website to be more than just a traditional company page. It needed to be a tool for visitors, with clear and easy-to-understand content that quickly guides them in the right direction. We created a structure where all content is based on questions and challenges that Capa’s clients actually face, in order to be as relevant as possible for their target audiences.

Previously, the focus was on presenting services. Now, the perspective shifted to showcasing solutions – how Capa helps its clients find the right talent, whether it’s for recruitment or interim solutions.

At the same time, it was important that the website should be easy for Capa to manage on their own. They needed to be able to adjust content, create new pages, and track results without relying on technical support.

"ted&gustaf has been an incredible sounding board in our transformation process, helping us effectively launch our new website with high quality. It’s been a pleasure all the way from start to finish – and we look forward to new projects together."

– Malin Hedensjö, Capa

The Solution

We built the website in Webflow – a low-code tool that Capa was already familiar with and provides them with great flexibility. By packaging different content blocks, they can easily create new pages and adapt their website over time. The content blocks function as predefined sections for various content types and conversion points, which Capa can use to build relevant landing and conversion pages themselves.

An important part of the solution was creating industry-specific landing pages, optimized for both SEO and conversion. These pages provide the visitor with relevant information directly and create a clear connection between Capa’s areas of expertise and their recruitment solutions.

We also ensured that the website reinforced Capa’s personal approach to recruitment. Visitors can easily book meetings with the right person directly through their calendars, allowing the contact to be continued from the website without unnecessary intermediaries.

The Result

The end result is a modern, user-friendly, and conversion-driven website that reflects Capa’s way of working – advisory, solution-oriented, and personal. It not only strengthens the brand but also makes it easier for Capa to help companies find the right talent.

With a flexible technical platform, clear information structure, and optimized landing pages, Capa now has a digital presence that supports their business and provides visitors with a smooth path to the next step – whether they’re looking for a new challenge or a partner for their recruitment.
