EPiServer Template Foundation, or ETF, towards 1.0

Thanks to valuable help from the community in terms of testing and providing feedback, we can now release the first beta release of ETF!

We are currently working on a number of projects where ETF is used, and we believe we will be able to test and work out any bugs in parallell to release 1.0 later this fall.
