Building a digital home for a growing voice in the mining industry

Mining Visuals started as a blog and has grown into one of the go-to sources for anyone interested in mining and resource investments. When it was time to give that voice a proper digital platform, they brought us in to design and build it in Webflow, fast, structured, and built to grow.

Mining Visuals is a Swedish digital media company that transforms how the mining industry communicates, turning complex data on mines and metals into visual, engaging content that helps companies reach investors and stakeholders more effectively. What began as a blog has become an important resource for a global community of readers interested in mining and resource investments.

The Challenge

Without an established website, Mining Visuals needed a platform that could serve as a real communications hub, somewhere to gather the high-quality articles they publish frequently, and make it easy for readers to explore content by category without friction.

The brief was as much a UX challenge as a design one: how do you structure a growing library of articles so that a reader interested in, say, gold exploration can find their way without wading through everything else? Getting the information architecture right was just as important as how it looked.

The Solution

With an in-house designer at Mining Visuals handling the visual direction, our role was to bring their ideas to life in Webflow, translating designs and concepts into something that actually works on the web. Drawing on our experience with similar content-heavy projects, we could move quickly and confidently through both the build and the structural decisions.

A lot of the work went into tagging and categorising articles in Webflow CMS so readers can browse by topic without dead ends or confusion. We've since restructured several sections of the site and continue to work with Mining Visuals on an ongoing basis as their needs evolve.

The Result

Mining Visuals now has a proper digital home, a well-structured platform where their community can read, explore, and keep up with one of the most active voices in mining media. A site built to serve their readers today, and to scale as the publication grows.

We genuinely enjoy working with the Mining Visuals team. Their energy, drive, and collaborative spirit make every project run smoothly, and we look forward to continuing to help them grow their presence and deepen how the world understands the mining industry.
