Hey, Sofia here – I work mainly as a developer at ted&gustaf.

I help project managers prepare project specs and deliver creative solutions to our clients. I always want to learn more about our clients and their businesses – I want to be a part of their team. We build things with clients, not for clients.

A positive workplace culture is essential to me. I’m passionate about creating meaningful moments for the team—ensuring we have fun together and build lasting connections. One of the things I value most about working at ted&gustaf is being part of a strong, supportive team that continuously challenges and lifts each other.
