Learning, growing, and lifting others along the way
My name is Stig Fischer, and I work as a junior UX/UI designer at ted&gustaf. My workdays revolve around creating sustainable design solutions that meet users’ needs in the best possible way. Most often, this means mapping user needs and creating usable, functional designs across different interfaces.
Working at t&g
As a knowledge-thirsty designer, ted&gustaf is the perfect place for me. There’s top-tier expertise here across development, UX, UI, and project management. That means I’m constantly being challenged, learning, and growing from the best in the business. The warm, family-like atmosphere also means no question is too stupid – making it easy to speak up and take initiative. It’s incredibly inspiring to see my colleagues’ constant hunger for more. Bigger clients, deeper knowledge, sharper skills – it drives us to stay adaptive and ready for tomorrow’s challenges.
In my work, I don’t just want to solve problems – I want to inspire others too. Like everyone else at ted&gustaf, I try to spread joy and energy so that everyone feels included in the journey we’re on together.
Short about me
’ve always had a soft spot for challenges, activity, and movement. Sports have always been a given. I never say no to a chilly ski trip or a warm surf getaway. Since those aren’t always options in Stockholm, I spend a lot of time in racket halls, on football fields, and at local skating rinks instead.
